Data Protection and Privacy

This site is created for the general election in Guernsey in 2025 by candidate Mark Helyar. I am registered for data protection purposes and all personal data collected on this site will be processed in accordance with extant data protection principles, codes and legislation. Entry of any personal data into contact or other forms will be deemed consent for the purposes of legitimate processing for the purpose of maintaining a contact database. At the end of June 2025, this site will be deleted along with all content and personal data.
